Veterinary Client Service Representative

Full‑time:
Sunday‑Tuesday 3:30 PM‑6 AM

Lynnwood, WA

The Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, is a 24‑hour Emergency and Critical Care and Specialty hospital. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team.

  • Experience in a veterinary clinic preferred
Job Overview
  • Answer phones, differentiate routine and emergency cases, schedule appointments, greet clients, admit and check‑out patients.
  • Process payments, manage financial information, and communicate information between clients and staff.
  • Create a warm and welcoming impression while remaining professional and courteous, handling multiple tasks with interruptions.
  • Communicate the quality of care and recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Remain calm and collected when a client becomes emotional or discourteous and in emergency situations.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an hourly rate starting at $19 – $24 per hour.
