Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in engineering or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
- Master's degree, or equivalent, in engineering or a related field.
- Teaching experience at a community college.
- Experience teaching to associate degree level students.
- Ability to work effectively with populations representing diverse ages, backgrounds, life experiences, and abilities.
Work is typically performed in a classroom and laboratory, requiring standing and/or sitting for extended periods. Instructors typically use a personal computer.
CompensationThe schedule follows an eleven‑week quarterly cycle. Salary depends on contract load and mode of instruction; a standard five‑credit lecture class is approximately $6,387.94 at Step A. Special assignments are $45 per hour, and meeting stipends are per the CBA rate, starting at $55 for meetings lasting 30 minutes to 2 hours.

- Positions are contingent upon funding.
