School Behavior Analyst – 1.0 FTE & 0.2 FTE

The Certified Behavioral Analyst is responsible for the development, assessment, and analysis of instructional and behavioral programs, curriculum modification, data analysis, and functional analysis of student behaviors. This position will collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and other staff in assigned program areas to analyze behavior, implement behavior plans, and train others to implement the plan so that students can access the curriculum and show academic progress.
Required QualificationsWashington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a School Behavior Analyst endorsement, or the ability to obtain one prior to the position start date.

Salary2025-26 Salary Schedule Range: $83,305 through $148,226 (2026-27 Salary Schedule not yet finalized). Placement on this salary schedule is determined by FTE and official documentation verifying Educational Level and Certificated Work Experience and will be prorated for less than a full year and/or FTE.

The employee is expected to navigate various school and classroom environments, assist students who need physical support or exhibit challenging behaviors, and communicate with others regularly. Tasks may include frequent manual work using hands or fingers, occasional reaching, bending, or twisting, moving objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and performing close-range visual tasks.
