• Ability to teach effectively through at least Pre‑calculus (Calculus I preferred)
• Minimum Bachelor's in a related field (Education, Mathematics, or Math‑heavy degree)
• 3+ years experience working in a tutoring/teaching role
• Experience mentoring/training junior team members
