Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments of elementary students
  • Contribute to special education eligibility determinations
  • Collaborate closely with school staff and families on student support strategies
  • Participate actively in IEP and intervention planning meetings
  • Consult on behavioral and academic interventions within MTSS/RTI frameworks
  • Maintain precise records and documentation aligned with district/state standards
  • Provide direct counseling as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
  • Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification School Psychology
  • Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Lynnwood, WA
