Lynnwood, WA | Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + Bonus

An established and rapidly growing CPA firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with business owners, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and strategic direction.

• Review business and individual income tax returns
• Prepare complex federal and state tax returns
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Mentor, train, and develop tax staff
• Participate in leadership discussions and strategic planning
• Assist with business development initiatives
• Ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or EA required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proven leadership abilities

• Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
• Performance bonus opportunity
