Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions.
- Accurately process cash transactions.
- Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand financial priorities and connect them to solutions.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.

- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant Associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance).
