Mechanics Bank is seeking a Lending Advisor Associate to join our team on-site in Washington. You will support Sr. Lending Advisors with complex transactions, manage the loan pipeline, and ensure timely milestones from application through closing, while deepening client relationships.
You will learn and expand mastery of lending products, build client rapport, and collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to improve the client experience.
