The commercial loan officer is responsible for maintaining client relationships to originate and close a high volume of quality commercial loans and comply with all federal and state compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:Maintain relationships with clients to increase reoccurring production and originate commercial loans. Maintain client database, client and customer calling/monitoring efforts, marketing, and referrals. Facilitate loan approvals and expedite production by communicating commercial lending policies and procedures. Book minimum of $13mm annually after ramp up.
Establish collaboration and referral network with Treasury Management Officers, Branch Managers, and Mortgage Lenders, cross-selling and referring on a needs basis all products and services to these internal partners. Meet business calling and sales goals as set by bank, and use COI's.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent – required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or relevant discipline – preferred.
Strong relationship management and sales skills with demonstrated ability to solicit, develop and retain mid-sized to larger commercial banking business relationships. Exceptional networking and relationship building skills. Exceptional customer service skills and timely responsiveness.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
At least two years of commercial lending experience.
The Pay:Our client offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $115,000 to $190,000 per year, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Production is tied to salary expectations.
