Perform banking transactions accurately, ethically, and in compliance with Columbia Bank procedures and banking regulations (deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing, balancing cash drawer);
Travel within a geographic area to cover branches that need staffing support;
Mitigate risk by safekeeping money in cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds;
Interact with external and internal clients, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions in alignment with service standards;
Develop knowledge of product and service offerings and refer basic bank products to appropriate partners
