• Lead with Ownership — Run the day-to-day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back
• Build a Winning Team — Hire, coach, and develop stylists who are motivated, accountable, and proud of where they work

• Drive Real Results — Partner with your Area Manager to hit revenue goals, track performance, and make data-informed decisions that grow the business
• Lead with Integrity — Manage payroll, compliance, licensing, and safety with the confidence of someone who takes ownership seriously

• $35–$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
