We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Medical Assistant where you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our clinic. You will support our medical staff and patients through a variety of duties related to patient care management. We are looking for a collaborative team player who displays impeccable customer service skills both internally and with our patients.

• Blood draw collection, vitals, lab specimen processing, checking in medications, and phone calls
• Prep test results for physicians, assist with prescription refills, conduct medication start appointments, and electronically schedule patients for appointments
• Maintain appropriate stock of supplies for medication start appointments
• Ensure clinic compliance including OSHA
• Troubleshoot lab issues with appropriate contacts

• A Certified Medical Assistant licensed in the state of Washington
• Willing to train the right fit however, 1-2 years of medical assisting preferred
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to communicate effectively in oral and written
• Positive outgoing personality is a must

• Pay range $27-31/hr
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shift, 8am-5pm
• Job must be done in person
