Gather all essential event information and staffing details before events;
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and special requests;
Suggestively sell extensions to event packages (additional entertainment or food & beverage);
Coordinate setup of all tables/areas/supplies and oversee service of food & beverages;
Build personal rapport with event contacts and ensure guest needs are exceeded;
Assist guests by programming names into the scoring system, explain safety precautions, and provide quick bowling tips when appropriate
