* Job Summary:
** The HR Generalist will work alongside more senior HR professionals to provide HR support to organizational leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role has the opportunity for advancement to a Human Resources Business partner and above.
** Responsibilities:
*** Serve as the primary HR point of contact, providing first-line support for all Human Resources functions within designated client groups.
* Conduct intake meetings and support the resolution of employee relations matters in a manufacturing environment, ensuring fair, consistent practices and fostering ongoing leadership development.
* Support HR Business Partners with non-exempt recruiting activities, coordinate temporary staffing needs with third-party providers, and manage the applicant tracking system, facilitating effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Liaise with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to oversee workers’ compensation claims across the Crane Aerospace & Electronics Group, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements such as FAA Drug-Free Workplace, ADA, payroll audits, and mandatory training.
* Oversee Workers Compensation, Return-to-Work and other like programs, interacting closely and directly with employees, leadership and third-party service providers to support employees and mitigate cost
* Participate actively on the Philanthropy and Employee Activities Committee, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
* Variety of project-based work, including but not limited to organization/efficiency improvement for the HR Group, staffing support, talent management and organizational structure and development
* Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management

* Minimum Requirements:
**
* Experience:
Previous HR and administrative experience preferred
* Knowledge:
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with HR Generalist knowledge required including applicable state and federal laws
* Skills/Abilities:
Ability to handle highly confidential information and manage information with utmost integrity. Demonstrated strong MS Office skill (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Power Point);
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and team facilitation skills
* Eligibility Requirement:
This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

* HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred
* 1+ year(s) HR Generalist experience preferred
