Client Services Representative

Seatown is seeking a Client Services Representative to support users of our cutting-edge financial software. In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and guiding users through payment processing and fintech solutions. You will document cases, collaborate with technical teams, and help optimize client onboarding and adoption. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, basic knowledge of SaaS or financial tools, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Seatown fintech clients via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot software and payment processing issues and provide timely resolutions
• Guide clients through onboarding, product setup, and best practices
• Document support cases, track trends, and escalate complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on bug reports and improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Seatown's financial software and features
• Educate users on new releases, updates, and security practices
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and client training materials
