Project Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously from kickoff through go-live and transition to customer success teams
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Build trusted customer relationships and act as a strategic implementation partner
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and technical requirements
• Lead customer-facing project kickoffs, status reviews, solution planning discussions, executive updates, and go-live readiness reviews
• Guide customers through organizational and workflow changes for successful adoption of Lunit solutions
• Coordinate activities across customer teams and internal Customer Success, Technical Services, Product, and Sales stakeholders
• Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer readiness concerns
• Develop mitigation and resolution plans
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and implementation progress to stakeholders at all levels
• Use project management and reporting tools to provide visibility, drive accountability, and support data-driven decisions
• Contribute to operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the implementation organization
• Maintain focus on customer outcomes while balancing speed, quality, and long-term success

• PMP certification required
• Associate's degree required
• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation or SaaS deployment projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger picture
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving customer needs
• Experience in healthcare IT, clinical software, or medical imaging environments preferred
• Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, HIPAA, or other healthcare technology standards preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management platforms preferred
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Must currently have the right to work in the United States
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required, except where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be accommodated
• Must be available to occasionally work outside standard business hours for international customers or team collaboration
