If you're a proactive and skilled Maintenance Tech seeking an opportunity to contribute to building maintenance and grounds upkeep, look no further! Join our team as a Maintenance Tech and take on a variety of responsibilities, from electrical and plumbing work to painting and equipment maintenance. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and offers a safe environment for our residents.

• Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required.
• Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

• Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
• Collaborate and work well with fellow team members.
• Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
• Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
