Job DescriptionThe Auto Body Technician’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repairиаа each vehicle to restore it to pre‑accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles each vehicle while supporting the company’s promises of speed, quality, and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
- Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use cuttingвах, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
- Remove dents or dimensional damage, mix and apply filler resins, realign the chassis and frames, and replace or repair damaged parts.
- Replace or repair glass, windshields, interior parts, and other components as required.
- Weld and assemble parts, prepare surfaces, and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified or agreed‑upon paint.
- Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and ensure all work is correctly inspected after repair.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Read job orders and work independently.
- Collaborate with other repairers in the shop.
- Understand vehicle body repair methods and procedures.
- Operate required tools effectively.
- Work safely in a noisy area with odors.
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- Visually inspect vehicle damage under various weather conditions.
- Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed for inspections and repairs.

$27 - $38 per hour (flat rate). Compensation is performance‑based and tied to turned hours. If total compensation in a pay period is below minimum wage, clocked hours are calculated with a guarantee of the applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.
Supplemental PayCompensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience. The position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
