Paid Time Off:

Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire. PTO combines vacation and sick leave, starting at 15 days per year for full‑time employees.

Starting Salary: $145,000 - $165,000; depending on experience

Location: Lynnwood, WA + Potential travel

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex mechanical construction projects from initial concept through final completion. This role oversees strategic planning, client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in business development, team leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
