* As a Production Supervisor I, you'll lead a team in one of our manufacturing areas while learning the fundamentals of aerospace operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. You'll partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain while learning how world-class aerospace products are built.

** You'll have the opportunity to:*
* + Lead and support a team of manufacturing employees (10-15 people)

+ Learn how to manage production schedules and meet customer commitments

** Bachelor's degree

* Experience:

** 2+ years of experience leading teams. Experiences could be related to an internship, co-op, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or other leadership experience.

** Knowledge:
** Intermediate skill level with MS Office.

** Skills, Abilities:
