Position: NURSE PRACTITIONER - OUTPATIENT (LYNNWOOD, WA)

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides advanced psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health conditions. The PMHNP collaborates closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to support stabilization and recovery.

As we continue to grow our established network of both inpatient and outpatient clinics, we are excited to welcome a new location in Lynnwood in 2026, with another future expansion planned in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a Psych NP who is passionate about providing patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting while helping meet the growing behavioral health needs of our communities.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychotropic medications. Evaluate and treat patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions. Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and wellness strategies.

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in WA State. Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
