Five Below - th Street Southwest, Suite 111 - Responsibilities:
Ensure crew wow the customer with fast, friendly service and train on the BEST customer service experience;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor replenished;
Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff management, customer service, and emergencies;
Lead opening/closing procedures including cash, alarms, and daily readiness;
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of associates; support policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance;
Maintain store maintenance tasks including cleaning and organization of stock rooms
