Merchandiser - Bothell​/Edmonds​/Lynnwood​/Mukilteo - Bothell, WA

Overview

Merchandiser - Bothell/Edmonds/Lynnwood/Mukilteo. Multiple locations. Works with Delivery, Sales, and retail partners to stock and rotate products and provide exceptional customer service after delivery.

• Must be 21+ for this location.
• In retail accounts, work from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handle cases, bottles and cans of beverages for sale or storage; fill and rotate product in cold boxes, on dry shelves, and build/maintain displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route. Merchandisers do not transport product in personal vehicles, nor to and from locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers, Supervisors, Managers, and others encountered on the job.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks, etc.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company Core Values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks and meet productivity deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.

Operates in customer accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.

• Lift/carry up to 60 lbs. repetitively; lift/carry 35 lbs. regularly.
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs. with cart or pallet jack.
• Bend/stoop/crouch/squat; use arms, wrists, hands, and grasp.
• Climb stairs; work indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to drive/operate a vehicle and operate manual, non-powered equipment.

Full-time position. Days/hours vary and may include overtime. Must be available to work both weekend days.

Local travel required. Regional travel may be requested.

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.

• Previous grocery or retail experience.
