Bella's Voice is seeking a Thrift Store Flex Supervisor to support both the Shoreline and Lynnwood locations. This working supervisor role combines front-end leadership with production duties and requires flexibility in location, department, and schedule.
You will lead Production Associates and volunteers, coach staff, ensure donated merchandise is sorted, priced, processed, and moved to the sales floor, and maintain safety and customer service across locations.
