We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community.

This role offers the opportunity to interact daily with clients and foster a supportive environment.

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with membership sales, bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. They also help retain current members and deliver outstanding customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge is preferred but not required.

• Ability to learn and operate Club Ready software.
• Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.

• Proficient computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
