Inside Sales Rep - ISR

Location:

Brennan Heating – Lynnwood, WA 98036. Salary: $18.00‑$22.00 per hour plus commission.

Reports to:

CSR Manager.

• Sell general maintenance packages to customers.
• Work with customers to determine their needs, create customized solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Upsell customers to enhance their product experience.
• Provide product information and identify opportunities to sell or upsell.
• Develop and build profitable, long‑term customer relationships.
• Contact previous customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly rate of $18.00‑$22.00 plus commission.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; training will be provided.

This is a non‑exempt, hourly position. Work hours will be determined; overtime may occur depending on business needs.

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent phone manner.
• Service‑oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

Office‑like environment with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

No supervisory responsibility. No travel required.
