Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools;
Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex and educate customers on products;
Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support events to meet sales goals;
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing updates to ensure accurate presentation;
Collaborate with team to meet store goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department
