Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Hourly pay: $28.99 (Base Pay $21.30/hr + Targeted Commission). Potential for significant upside with over‑achievement of sales targets.

• Engage customers enthusiastically and demonstrate Comcast Xfinity product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with interpreting and clarifying account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions regarding current or new services; process general service requests such as account updates, upgrades, and changes.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of sales product information, including competitive data.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive retail environment and connect products to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (or GED).
• Full‑time, variable work schedule: evenings, weekends, holidays, and other retail operational needs (open availability required).
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift boxes up to 25 pounds and stand/move about the store continuously.
