Ballard Natural Gas Service is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and indoor air quality products
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Train and mentor installation helpers and junior installers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead installation jobs independently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and local codes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification preferred

• $40–$50 per hour based on experience
