Seatown seeks an HVAC Warranty Technician to support and maintain HVAC and related environmental systems in our high-density fintech data and office environments. You will diagnose, repair, and replace components under warranty, coordinate RMAs, and document all service activity in digital ticketing tools. Partnering with IT and facilities, you'll ensure optimal climate control and uptime for server rooms and office spaces.
You will interpret technical manuals, follow safety and compliance standards, and provide clear communication to internal teams in a fast-paced, innovative tech setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and environmental control systems in office and data center spaces
- Perform warranty-related service, parts replacement, and coordinate RMAs with vendors
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate digital service records and update ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure stable climate for equipment
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and warranty documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations
- Respond to urgent service requests and participate in on-call rotation
