HVAC Maintenance Technician

Seatown, a leading fintech innovator, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to support climate control for mission-critical IT and data center environments. In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems that protect high-density server rooms and office spaces. You'll collaborate with IT and facilities teams, monitor building management systems, respond to alerts, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative HVAC maintenance in Seatown data centers and offices to ensure optimal climate control for critical IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, and ventilation systems supporting server rooms.
• Monitor building management systems and environmental controls, documenting readings and responding to alerts.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to schedule maintenance with minimal impact on operations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with installation and upgrades of HVAC systems to support expanding fintech operations.
• Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
