Licensed Nail Technician

Seatown, a leader in fintech innovation, is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to support our HVAC wholesale operations within the Technical & Maintenance department. In this role, you will install, diagnose, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC systems that serve our facilities and client test environments. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, advising on equipment selection, and supporting field teams and wholesale partners with technical expertise.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers and operations staff, maintain detailed service records, and uphold safety, code, and EPA compliance in a fast-paced, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC systems and components
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related HVAC issues
• Support HVAC wholesale operations with technical product knowledge and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineers and operations on system upgrades and equipment selection
• Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and maintenance documentation
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and EPA guidelines
• Provide on-site and phone support to contractors, field teams, and internal staff
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and balancing of new and upgraded systems
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent HVAC service requests
