Journeyman Plumber / Plumbing Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, drains, (exterior and interior) water mains, and full-home re-pipes
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing problems in residential AND commercial settings.
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes.
  • Knowledge of residential AND commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues.
  • Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential and commercial customers.
  • Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems when needed.
  • Assemble and install water, waste, & vent fittings, and fixtures.
  • Safely operate drain cleaning cable machines and Hydro Jetter systems when required.
  • Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical and plumbing knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  • Communicate transparently with customers about problems, solutions, and pricing.
  • Deliver respectful, courteous service in every home.
  • Accurately document work and coordinate with dispatch and office staff.
  • Drive safely and care for company vehicle and equipment.
  • A strong commitment to integrity, reliability, quality, and on-time performance.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Journeyman Plumber / Plumbing

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician, drain cleaning a PLUS.
  • Valid WA PL01, PL02/04 plumbing license.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
  • Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
  • Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Motor Vehicle Record, Background check, and Drug Screen required.
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
  • Physical dexterity, ability to climb ladders, enter attics and crawlspaces when required.
  • Excavation by hand to repair and/or replace water and waste systems.
  • Plumbing install experience.
  • Service Titan knowledge a plus.
  • Experienced in sewer and drain cleaning (electric snake/hydro jetting) and pipeline camera inspections.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues.
  • Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques.
