Site Works USA is hiring an experienced Class A dump truck driver to haul dirt, gravel, sand, and debris for excavation, grading, and utility projects across Washington State. You will also move heavy equipment between job sites, so solid load securement skills are a must. Early starts, steady work, and a crew that takes safety seriously.

Site Works USA is hiring an experienced Class A dump truck driver to haul dirt, gravel, sand, and debris for excavation, grading, and utility projects across Washington State. You will also move heavy equipment between job sites, so solid load securement skills are a must. Early starts, steady work, and a crew that takes safety seriously.

What You Will Do
  • Haul dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris to and from active job sites
  • Load, secure, and transport heavy equipment between sites using proper chains, binders, and tie downs
  • Follow assigned haul routes and deliver materials on schedule and to project specifications
  • Inspect your truck at the start and end of every shift and report issues to the General Manager immediately
  • Keep accurate daily logs, hours of service records, delivery tickets, and inspection reports
  • Stay within DOT weight limits and follow all FMCSA, state, and local regulations
  • Assist crews with loading and unloading as needed
  • Communicate with the foreman and crew to keep the job moving
  • Wash and grease the truck weekly
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and complete your timecard daily
What You Need
  • Valid Class A CDL in good standing
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Minimum three years of verifiable dump truck experience
  • Proven ability to safely load and tie down heavy equipment
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
  • Availability for early morning starts and late afternoons
Nice to Have
  • Experience in excavation, grading, or utility installation projects
  • Familiarity with WSDOT haul route and permitting requirements
  • Flagging, first aid, or CPR certification
Physical Requirements

Frequent climbing in and out of equipment, extended seated operation, bending and pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and regular work outdoors in dust, noise, and active construction conditions.
