Job SummaryThe Merchandising Coordinator provides administrative, analytical, and compliance support to the Merchandising team. This position is responsible for vendor maintenance, pricing and cost matrix administration, rebate verification, recordkeeping, compliance documentation, reporting support, and purchasing-related coordination. The role offers exposure to purchasing, inventory management, supplier relations, compliance programs, and merchandising operations. The Merchandising Coordinator works closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate records, timely updates, and effective support of merchandising initiatives and business objectives.

Job Duties Vendor & Supplier Administration
- Maintain vendor records, supplier files, and related documentation.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and maintain accurate supplier information within company systems.
- Maintain vendor correspondence and support documentation requests.
- Support supplier rebate, discount, and incentive tracking activities.
- Administer pricing and cost matrix updates within company systems, including SMC.
- Review and maintain pricing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Update purchase order incoming dates based on supplier order confirmations.
- Support purchasing-related activities and vendor communications as assigned.
- Review and enter stock transfer transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist with inventory review processes and related reporting.
- Monitor and maintain merchandising records and operational data.
- Support order tracking and follow-up activities to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with corporate export compliance activities and required documentation.
- Maintain conflict minerals records, certifications, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure merchandising records, procedures, and living documents remain current and accurate.
- Generate, compile, and distribute operational, inventory, and compliance-related reports.
- Assist with audits, record verification, and documentation reviews.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and system updates.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain merchandising files and documentation.
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and department objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and support merchandising activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
