Skilled Nursing Facility Business Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the daily business office operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility
. The successful candidate will manage accounts receivable, collections, billing oversight, admissions financial processing, resident trust accounts, and other business office functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) business office experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable and aging reports
• Experience with collections and reimbursement follow-up
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Point Click Care  experience preferred

Candidates without SNF/LTC business office experience will not be considered

• Oversee daily business office operations

• Follow up on outstanding insurance and resident balances
• Coordinate billing and reimbursement activities
• Support admissions and insurance verification processes
• Maintain resident trust accounts
• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Collaborate with facility leadership
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
