Requirements- Provide continuous telemetry monitoring and promptly identify rhythm changes
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care on Med Surg and telemetry units
- Float between telemetry and Med Surg as needed to support patient care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
- Complete required competency assessments and specialty exams to maintain readiness
- Maintain infection control practices and required health screenings
- Active Registered Nurse license with Nursys verification (California)
- BLS required and ACLS required
- CPI and DCI/BVP listed as required certifications
- Ability to complete Prime Core Competencies, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam
- Current immunizations and successful drug screen, TB test, fit test, and other health requirements as listed
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and floating to Med Surg
