• Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients.
• Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes.

• Current, unrestricted RN and NP License in the state of California.
• Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an NP in a clinical setting.
