Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and tenant or visitor concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and property management as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and directing visitors to appropriate locations according to site procedures;
Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts
