Who we are?
We are Precedence, a club of smart people who solve complex problems for our clients. Our profession? As a business consultancy firm we are specialized in streamlining company processes, management and digital transformations for leading organizations in and outside of the Netherlands. For this we do have our inhouse methodology, named GRIPP. Our consultants work for clients in telecommunication, automotive, government, banking & finance and pharma & healthcare.

After our founding fathers have established Precedence, they were able to let the company grow to a professional organization of 40 Precedentials. In 2021, our company is ready for the next phase. This practically means that we would like to continue and even speed up our growth and we would like to further professionalise our processes. Our ambition? In two years' time, we have doubled in size.

And to grow even more, we need you.

What you bring?
Next to your academic way of working, you are passionate about IT, business processes, and you would like to learn how to master them both. Ideally, you would bring some consultancy experience, but if you are not an experienced consultant yet, you definitely bring your affinity with it. We do expect that all our employees are able to master the Dutch and English language, and if you have some experience in the telecom industry, finance industry, data analyses industry, or process industry, this would be a huge advantage!
