Rijnconsult zoekt een adviseur die werkt aan leiderschap en organisatieverandering bij publieke organisaties.
Je begeleidt besturen en managers, ontwerpt verandertrajecten en faciliteert moeilijke transities binnen gemeenten en overheden, waarbij je patronen vertaalt naar concrete acties en workshops.
De functie vraagt 2–5 jaar consultancy-ervaring, een academisch denkniveau en sterke procesbegeleiding. Een thuisbasis in Utrecht is gewenst en je werkt mee aan ambitieuze, informele teamdoelen.
