U werkt landelijk samen met supervisorenoverleg en NTS, vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar voorstellen en bewaakt roosters, formatie en bekostiging. Een jaarcontract met perspectief op vast dienstverband en gedeeltelijk thuiswerken horen bij deze functie.
