We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our Global Digital Marketing team at DHL Express. In this role, you will assist in executing a number of exciting projects including the launch of an Employee Advocacy Program, the Global roll out of a New Social Media Tool, and the launch of a new Tik Tok channel.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Assist in rolling out the Employee Advocacy Program:
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop pilot materials for the employee advocacy program.
• Support in organizing training sessions and workshops to educate employees on the program's benefits and guidelines.
• Help create and distribute engaging content for employees to share on their personal social media platforms.
• Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the employee advocacy program and provide regular reports.
• Assist in rolling out the New Social Media Management Tool:
• Work closely with the marketing manager to implement and integrate a new social media tool.
• Assist in the configuration and setup of the tool, ensuring it aligns with our marketing objectives.
• Support during the hyper care phase.
• Conduct research and provide insights on best practices for utilizing the tool effectively.
• Support team members in troubleshooting issues and providing training on how to use the tool.
• Assist in launching a New Tik Tok Channel:
• Work closely with the marketing manager to plan and execute the launch of a new Tik Tok channel.
• Assist in content creation, including brainstorming ideas, and optimizing videos for Tik Tok.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights on the performance of the Tik Tok channel.
• Assist with administrative tasks:
• Support the marketing team with general administrative duties, including organizing meetings and trainings, presentations, etc.
• Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Intern must have familiarity with graphic design tools and platforms (such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva), or video creation tools is a plus.
