IN A NUTSHELL  Join our dynamic team as a  Site Acquisition Consultant  and be part of a forward-thinking company that specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated professional to take on the crucial role of sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements on behalf of our valued clients. This position is responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords on behalf of our clients.

DAY TO DAY   Contacting potential prospects by phone, e-mail, and video conferences to propose new business opportunities.
Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
Searching for suitable site locations and identifying potential landlords.
Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports (if necessary)
Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, Live Track.

REQUIRED SKILLS   Excellent Dutch language skills both written and spoken
Basic English language skills
Sales or negotiation experience
Property negotiation or real estate background preferred
