Full-Time | Field-Based
An international dental manufacturer with a strong European heritage and global presence is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive commercial performance across the South‑East region of the Netherlands .
The organisation is widely regarded as a leader in dental consumables, clinical solutions, and practice support systems. This role sits within a high‑performing commercial team focused on expanding market presence, strengthening dealer partnerships, and supporting clinicians with high‑quality products used daily in practice.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving growth across a defined portfolio of dental products.
Conduct regular practice visits (7–9 per day), ensuring high‑quality coverage and consistent follow‑through.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical education to dental teams.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dentists, hygienists, specialists, and key decision‑makers.
Identify new business opportunities and competitive insights to support territory planning and strategy.
Ensure accurate and structured territory management through CRM usage and daily activity reporting.
Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and regional meetings to support brand presence and lead generation.
Collaborate closely with marketing and dealer partners to execute joint initiatives that drive customer engagement.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in dental or medical sales with a strong record of territory growth.
Skilled communicator and confident presenter with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
Comfortable delivering hands‑on training and product demonstrations.
Organised, self‑motivated, and able to independently manage a field‑based role.
Strong planning skills with experience using CRM systems.
A healthcare‑related degree is advantageous but not essential.
Fluent Dutch with good English skills for regional communication.
Full driving licence required.
