Answers inbound sales and service customer calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, and complete returns with upselling goals;
Utilizes systems such as AS400, WebSOE, Salesforce, Oceana, and vendor websites to identify and address customer needs;
Builds internal and external customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and improve sales and quoting opportunities;
Follows up with customers through a ticket management system to ensure timely resolution of inquiries;
Contributes to MSC culture and participates in special projects as required
