Job Summary

The Film/Rental & Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and estimating activities related to the film, rental, and sales division, while supporting customer service, scheduling, and operational needs as directed by the Film/Rental/Sales Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects, rentals, and customer requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of communication and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all film, rental, and sales activities, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer and operational demands.
  • Communicate frequently with film clients to ensure specialty requests and project needs are met accurately and on time.
  • Prepare TCP plan take-offs and assist with estimating for film, rental, and sales projects.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure customer expectations and project requirements are successfully executed.
  • Assist with ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects and rentals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and related records.
  • Support additional tasks and operational needs as assigned by the management team.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, estimating, customer service, or related operational support roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.
