We specialize in producing pre-painted aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel. Slitting, spooling, lancing, and stamping are also performed in our integrated facility. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all plant equipment, as well as providing timely service and support to other departments. The ideal candidate is motivated, driven, and eager to learn.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance required (minimum 3 years)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with equipment such as transmissions, gearboxes, and motors
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and take necessary corrective action
• Provide maintenance support and assistance to other departments as requested
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks
• Install, rearrange, modify, and overhaul equipment
• Maintain drawings, documents, and complete paperwork as required
• Welding and experience operating lathe preferred
• Communicate parts and equipment usage and shortages to Maintenance Coordinator
• Assist other maintenance technicians as necessary
