Position SummaryThe Marketing and Licensing Specialist is responsible for executing Boxercraft’s digital marketing presence, overseeing trade shows and events, and serving as the main point of contact for licensing administration. This role supports the brand’s vision and business goals through strong marketing execution, cross‑team collaboration, and licensed partnerships. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Limited travel may be required.
This is a full‑time, hybrid position in Mableton, GA.
Role and Responsibilities (Estimated Time Allocation)- Marketing (35%)
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including:
- Website (D2C & B2B): Content updates, featured collections, performance tracking, reviews, and ongoing optimization.
- Social Media: Plan and manage content calendars; collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager on assets; post, engage, and explore new platforms.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze B2B and D2C email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager to develop marketing assets such as photography, video, print materials, digital ads, AI imagery, and copy.
- Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to support catalogs, style guides, and marketing collateral.
- Track PR coverage and build relationships with relevant media and industry contacts.
- Manage, analyze and update Paid Ads across all applicable mediums (e.g., Search, social, Amazon, Seasonal campaigns, etc.).
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including:
- Event & Tradeshow Management (30%)
- Serve as the primary project manager for all Boxercraft events and trade shows.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing on booth design, product selection, and messaging.
- Manage event logistics including merchandising, samples, shipping, badge scanners, and timelines.
- Work with the Creative Director to ensure all promotional materials are prepared and organized.
- Represent the brand at events by engaging with current and prospective customers.
- Licensing (35%)
- Act as the main point of contact for licensors and licensees.
- Manage artwork approvals and ensure compliance with all licensing and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate the approval process between Boxercraft, Recover, and licensors.
- Oversee royalty reporting and licensing administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or related roles.
- General understanding of marketing and licensing concepts.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including email, social media, content, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media, email campaigns, and web content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights, dashboards).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
