Operate deliveries, process COD payments, and ensure accurate parts delivery to professional customers daily, consistently;
Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections;
Keep delivery vehicles clean, maintained, and secure at all times; secure keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies;
Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips; communicate issues or special needs to store management;
Assist customers as needed, including cashiering or merchandising tasks when business dictates
